A booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation via WhatsApp or email and, where applicable, made the agreed deposit or full payment. Verbal or informal enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. It is your responsibility to review your itinerary, dates, and inclusions before confirming.

Prices are quoted in INR, USD, or EUR as agreed at time of booking and may include a deposit requirement with the balance due before or on the day of the tour. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and WhatsApp Pay. Prices for third-party items — monument entry tickets, hotels, and internal flights — are subject to change by the issuing authority or vendor and will be communicated as soon as we are made aware.

Kamran Khan is a Government-Licensed Pan-India Tour Guide (IITG), authorized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. Guiding services are delivered personally unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, in the case of a verified partner guide for overlapping bookings). Services are limited to guiding, cultural interpretation, and coordination assistance as agreed in your itinerary; we are not a licensed travel agency, airline, or insurance provider.
Kamran Khan es un Guía Turístico con Licencia Oficial Nacional (IITG), autorizado por el Ministerio de Turismo del Gobierno de India. Los servicios de guía se realizan personalmente salvo acuerdo escrito diferente. Los servicios se limitan al guiado, interpretación cultural y asistencia de coordinación acordada en tu itinerario; no somos una agencia de viajes, aerolínea ni proveedor de seguros con licencia.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, and any required travel documentation; for your own travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings; for disclosing any medical conditions or mobility needs relevant to the itinerary; and for following the Guide's reasonable safety instructions during the tour.
Eres responsable de tener pasaporte, visa y documentación de viaje válida; de tu propio seguro de viaje que cubra emergencias médicas, cancelación y pertenencias personales; de informar cualquier condición médica relevante para el itinerario; y de seguir las instrucciones de seguridad razonables del Guía durante el tour.
While every reasonable precaution is taken for your safety and comfort, Kamran Khan / The India Unscripted is not liable for injury, loss, illness, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party service failures (hotels, drivers, airlines), acts of nature, theft, or traveller non-compliance with safety guidance. Our liability, where applicable under Indian law, is limited to the value of the services directly booked with us.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, monument closures, strikes, epidemics, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule or adjust the itinerary; refunds for items already paid to third parties (such as entry tickets) will follow the third party's own policy.
Ninguna de las partes será responsable por incumplir obligaciones debido a eventos fuera de control razonable, incluyendo desastres naturales, restricciones gubernamentales, cierres de monumentos, huelgas, epidemias o disturbios civiles. Where hotels, drivers, internal flights, or other vendors are arranged on your behalf, those services are provided under the terms of the respective third party. We select trusted partners but do not guarantee their performance and are not liable for their acts or omissions beyond reasonable coordination efforts.
