How booking works

What to put in your first message

• Arrival and departure dates, and which city you land in
• How many people, and whether any are children or have mobility needs
• Anything you already know you want to see — or that you have no idea, which is equally useful
• Whether you need hotels and transport arranged, or only guiding
• Which language you would like the tour in

How payment works

A booking deposit confirms your dates and is adjusted against the final amount. Payment is handled through Razorpay, so card details never reach this website. The balance is settled in India at the end of the tour, in cash or by transfer.

Guiding, transport and monument entry fees are quoted as separate lines. Entry fees are set by the Archaeological Survey of India and change from time to time, which is why they are confirmed at booking rather than published here.

If plans change

Flights get delayed and trips get moved. Message as early as you can and an itinerary can usually be shifted rather than cancelled. Where a cancellation is unavoidable, the cancellation and refund policy applies.
